JANE 2
European initiative funded by the recommendations of the European Cancer Plan that will establish seven Networks of Expertise (NoEs) designed to address challenging areas of cancer care.

The Joint Action on Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetes (JACARDI) to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and diabetes (DM) in EU countries, both at individual and population level.

EU-JAMRAI 2
To promote interdisciplinary collaboration between countries, institutions and sectors tosafeguard the effectiveness of antimicrobials and protect public health, now and in the future.

EUCANSCREEN
Ensure the sustainable implementation of high quality screening for breast, cervical and colorectal cancer, as well as investigate the implementation of screening programs for lung, prostate and stomach cancer.

MENTOR
To promote mental health by sharing experiences from the policy level to the clinical practitioner, incorporating evidence-based best practice and adapting initiatives to achieve long-term sustainability of mental health promotion and wellbeing at both personal and population levels.

ADLIFE
The aim of the project is to provide personalised and coordinated care for patients suffering from advanced chronic diseases through personalised healthcare plans.

Health4EUKids
Health4EUKids aims to prevent childhood obesity, increase physical activity and promote healthy eating in this population, with an emphasis on social norms, recognition and self-esteem in disadvantaged areas selected by Member States.

Xt-EHR
The joint Xt-EHR action supports the Commission’s political priority ‘A Europe fit for the digital age’ by implementing the overall objective of the EU4Health Programme to ‘strengthen health systems’.

JANE
Joint Action aimed at creating a European Cancer Knowledge Network focused on defeating cancer in a more equitable way and following a modern comprehensive approach to ensure high-quality cancer care.

THSC
European Partnership for the transition to more sustainable, efficient, resilient, inclusive, innovative and quality health and care systems focused on and accessible to all people.
