Ekainaren 20 eta 22 bitartean Budapesten izan zen EHMA (European Health Management Association) kongresuaren 2018ko edizioa. <\/em><\/h2>\n

\"\"Aurtengo lelo nagusia \u201cBihur dezagun egi<\/strong>\u201d izan da (\u201cMaking it happen\u201d<\/em>). Haren bitartez, osasun sistemetan politikak aplikatzeko orduan aldaketak barneratzeari eta desafioak gainditzeari buruzko eztabaida sortu nahi izan da. Eta, horretarako, hauek izan dira konferentzian jorratu diren gai nagusiak: osasun arloko langileak, praktika onak prozesu klinikoen kudeaketan eta berrikuntzan, osasunaren eta arreta sozialaren arteko interfazea, arreta primarioa, arreta integratua, gaixoen eta jendearen parte hartzea, eta osasunaren etorkizuna.<\/p>\n

Hiru egunetan zehar, hainbat arduradun politikok, osasun kudeatzailek, osasun arloko profesionalek, hezitzaileek eta ikerketa-programen arduradunek euren ezagutzak partekatu dituzte eta politika osasunarekin lotutako testuinguru ezberdinetan kudeatu eta aplikatzearen inguruko gai garrantzitsuak aztertu dituzte.<\/p>\n

Berrikuntza izan da edizio honen alderdi nabarmenena: hain zuzen ere, saio eta tailer askotan aurkeztutako proiektu eta Praktika On asko interaktiboak izan dira edo E-poster bidez aurkeztu dira. Kongresuan aztertu diren gaien lerro berean, egun haietan lanean diharduen bi europar proiektu aurkeztu ditu Kronikgunek<\/strong>: ACT@Scale eta Scirocco. <\/strong><\/p>\n

ACT@Scale<\/strong> barruan, Euskadik ikerketa horretan burututako lana erakutsi da. Ahozko aurkezpen batean, gaixotasun anitzeko gaixoaren arreta-bidean inplementatutako hobekuntzak eta bertan barne hartzen diren gaixoen eta zaintzaileen ahalduntzearekin lotutako jarduerak azaldu ditu. Prozesu horretan, Osakidetzaren Erakunde Sanitario Integratu (ESI) guztiek, Gorlizko Ospitaleak, Santa Marina Ospitaleak eta Osakidetzako Osasun Aholkuak eta Zerbitzu Zentralek parte hartu dute. Hurrengo hileotan bidea ESI guztietako profesionalei aurkeztua izatea espero da, eta pixkanaka egunerokotasunera eramaten joatea.<\/p>\n

Kronikgunek Scirocco<\/strong> barruan Praktika Onen heldutasun eskakizunak eskuratzeko diseinatutako metodologia ere aurkeztu du. Horretarako, Araba ESIk \u201cMinaren zeharkako abordatzea minaren unitate batetik\u201d Praktika Onaren azterketa azaldu du. Aukera aparta izan du Kronikgunek proiektuaren barruan garatutako tresna baten bitartez praktika bat beste osasun inguruneetara eskalatu edo transferitzeko orduan kontuan izan behar diren gako-arloak identifikatu ahal\u00a0 direla erakusteko.<\/p>\n
