Abstracts related to <strong>best practices<\/strong>, <strong>projects<\/strong>, <strong>policy development<\/strong>,<strong> research project projects, concepts and theory, lost and found ideas, and thematic, network and workshop discussions<\/strong> can also be submitted.<\/p>\n<p>The conference organisers are particularly interested in receiving and finding space at the conference for organisations, associations, etc. working in the fields of <strong>social care<\/strong> and <strong>public health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All abstracts accepted will be published in the <strong>International Journal of Integrated Care<\/strong> and will appear in the programme as a formal oral presentation, a workshop or a poster, which will be exhibited in the exhibitions area, as considered most appropriate by the scientific committee.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to learn more about the conference and how to submit an abstract, click here.
