Of particular note were the sessions on the transfer of research projects to the system and collaboration in the development of innovative solutions based on scientific evidence.<\/p>\n<p>With this Assembly, BIOEF and Biosistemak conclude their year as chair of <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/thcs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the THCS partnership<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, a period in which they have led key initiatives to promote transnational cooperation and knowledge exchange among European partner entities, thus consolidating the Basque Country&#8217;s role as a benchmark in healthcare transformation.<\/p>\n<p>The next THCS General Assembly will be held in Riga, where progress will continue to be made in European collaboration to strengthen and transform health and social care
