It addresses some of the challenges facing health systems, ranging from delivering high-quality care to tackling inequalities in health outcomes, to eliminating ineffective care and investing more in the resilience of health systems. In this context, tools that measure patient experience and perspective are important to improving the quality of care and making health systems more people-centered. This data and information can help to understand the impact of healthcare, and its underlying policies, on patients&#8217; lives, while identifying opportunities to improve health system structures and policies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kronikgune <\/strong>has contributed to the development of this e-book including a chapter on the work being carried out in the <strong>international learning community VOICE<\/strong>. This community focuses on the <strong>value-based healthcare paradigm<\/strong> as a key strategic area of work for all organizations participating in <strong>VOICE<\/strong>. This study combines a research component on the application and effectiveness of using quantitative and qualitative methods for data collection and analysis.
