The congress will be held in a hybrid format, face-to-face and online, from different locations across Spain from 6 to 10 September 2021. <\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The conference, which is part of the UPV\/EHU summer courses, is organised by the Digital Health Association and the Signo Foundation. The conference, which has been held uninterruptedly since 2014, will focus on the approach to Value-Based Digital Health<\/strong>, digital health as a reality of the environment that is transforming healthcare systems and the services provided. Over five days, health professionals, managers, researchers and people related to health are expected to share experiences and knowledge acquired from the recent health crisis. In addition, the aim is to reflect on whether the current scenario adapts to the present and future needs of health systems and the population in general.<\/p>\n

Kronikgune<\/strong>, in addition to moderating one of the round tables in which international experiences in Value-Based e-Health will be shared, will have the opportunity to present the European Joint Action that he leads, JADECARE<\/strong><\/a>. This project, which started in October 2020, involves a consortium of 48 organisations from 17 European countries.\u00a0 JADECARE<\/strong><\/a> (“Joint Action on implementation of Digitally Enabled integrated person-centred CARE”) aims to strengthen the capacity of European health authorities to successfully address the transition to integrated person-centred care enabled by digital solutions. By scaling up four original Good Practices to 23 “Next Adporters”, the transformation achieved in the project is expected to have an impact on health professionals, patients, carers, the general population, health authorities and industry. JADECARE<\/strong> also aims to foster and enhance collaboration between participating stakeholders, support knowledge transfer and generate evidence on integrated care, which will produce benefits beyond the project.<\/p>\n
