The workshop will be held on 23 July at 15hrs and registration is open to anyone interested.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The IN-4-AHA<\/strong> project, funded through the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme<\/strong>, aims to promote the scaling up of initiatives emerging from the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) among European stakeholders. It also aims to validate a clear implementation roadmap, identify a set of innovation impact assessment tools and develop a strategy for long-term investments.<\/p>\n

In May, IN-4-AHA<\/strong><\/a> launched the “IN-4-AHA Best Practice month!”<\/em> call to capture and collect good practices developed and implemented at European level that promote active and healthy ageing through innovative solutions on the European Commission’s Futurium website<\/strong>.\u00a0 Futurium<\/strong> is the platform launched by the European Commission in 2021<\/strong>. On it, users can find subgroups on different themes, among them “Active and Healthy Living in the Digital World<\/strong><\/a>“. This group aims to be a space\/forum for citizens, health providers, government authorities, technology developers, researchers, policy makers, etc. to share and exchange knowledge, best practices, create debate and disseminate innovations, policies and challenges related to active and healthy living and the ageing of the European population through digital tools.<\/p>\n

In order to disseminate some of the Good Practices<\/strong> submitted to the call, IN-4-AHA has organised the workshop “How can AHA stakeholders find and share good practices?”. Kronikgune<\/strong> has been invited to present the Osakidetza<\/strong> corporate programme, Kronik ON Programme<\/strong><\/a>. The main objective of this programme is to empower the Complex Chronic Patient, Pluripathological, and\/or their caregiver. This programme forms part of Osakidetza<\/strong>‘s corporate route for multi-pathological patients, and its use is therefore extended to all Integrated Healthcare Organisations<\/strong>. The Best Practice has been presented on the Futurium<\/strong> platform within the “Wellbeing and Health promotion<\/a>” subgroup.<\/p>\n
