Exchange of experiences and good practices in <strong>smart innovation<\/strong> in health and care to promote the population&#8217;s active and healthy ageing. The project aims to encourage improvements in <strong>regional policies<\/strong> supporting the ecosystem (public authorities, industry, academia and society) in order to create knowledge and deploy innovative health and care solutions to benefit European citizens.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #241773;\"><strong>Project aims:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Design a tool to evaluate regional policies and ecosystems in connection with the innovation cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Create a framework strategy for the development and improvement of regional policies and programmes based on evidence and co-design methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Define nine regional action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional policy tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #241773;\"><strong>Targeted outcomes: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ITHACA tool to <strong>assess innovation and ecosystem-related policies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cross-regional learning.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Framework strategy for the development of policies, programmes and implementation methods.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Nine action plans<\/strong> to improve regional policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #241773;\"><strong>Role of Kronikgune in the project:<\/strong><\/span> The beneficiary of the project in the Basque Country is <strong>BIOEF<\/strong>. <strong>Kronikgune<\/strong> is involved in the project as an interest group together with other Basque agents. They will all be able to take part in training actions to be scheduled throughout the project (<em>Exchange of Experiences and Peer Evaluations \u2013 EEPEs-, Expert Task Forces \u2013ETFs-<\/em>) and define, jointly with BIOEF, the regional action plan to improve the policies related to the innovation cycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #241773;\"><strong>Role of Osakidetza in the project: <\/strong><\/span><strong>Osakidetza <\/strong>and <strong>Kronikgune <\/strong>are both stakeholders in the project and carry out the same
