Internal Contracting Instructions is to regulate the internal contracting procedures of <strong>Biosistemak Institute for Health System Reserach <\/strong>for awarding those contracts not subject to harmonised regulation, in compliance with Legislative Royal Decree 3\/2011, of 14 November, which approves the reformulated text of the Public Sector Contracts Law (hereinafter TRLCSP) and which derogates Law 30\/2007, of 30 October, on Public Sector Contracts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to fully comply with the provisions of article 191 b) TRLCSP, according to which Biosistemak forms part of the public sector in the terms of article 3.1.i), and is considered to be a contracting authority other than the Public Administration in the terms of article 3.3.c), these instructions were approved on 01 February 2012 by agreement of the Assembly of the Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0<a
