{"id":6134,"date":"2016-04-25T12:12:07","date_gmt":"2016-04-25T11:12:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/?p=6134"},"modified":"2016-04-25T12:12:07","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T11:12:07","slug":"kronikgune-launches-a-new-european-project-scirocco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/en\/kronikgune-launches-a-new-european-project-scirocco\/","title":{"rendered":"Kronikgune launches a new European project: Scirocco."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>After the \u201cGrant Agreement\u201d signing, the kick-off meeting for the European project <strong>SCALING INTEGRATED CARE IN CONTEXT (SCIROCCO) took place in Luxembourg on 12th and 13th April. <\/strong>The Consortium in charge of the project, which will last 32 months, is led by Scotland&#8217;s National Telehealth and Telecare Organisation <strong>NHS24.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image004.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-6122 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image004.png\" alt=\"Kronikgune comienza un nuevo proyecto europeo: Scirocco\" width=\"409\" height=\"347\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image004-300x254.png 300w, http:\/\/www.bio-sistemak.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image004.png 708w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 409px) 100vw, 409px\" \/><\/a>Scirocco<\/strong> aims to facilitate <strong>the implementation of good practices<\/strong> in integrated healthcare locally, regionally or nationwide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within the project framework, experiences or <strong>good practices from five European regions (Scotland, Basque Country, Moravia, Puglia and Norbotten) will be selected and assessed and the possibility of <\/strong>extending and implementing those practices to different European healthcare systems will be analysed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To do so, the feasibility criteria of the <em>European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP-AHA) will be used. <\/em>The capacity of healthcare systems to adapt and implement Good Practices will be assessed with a validated multidimensional analysis tool called \u201c<strong><em>Maturity Mode<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>l<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within the project framework, the information exchange process among regions will be facilitated, sharing lessons learnt to boost their adoption and scaling processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kronikgune<\/strong> with the collaboration and participation of <strong>Osakidetza, <\/strong>will lead the work package 4 (WP4), where 30 Good Practices initially selected will be identified and assessed.
